Mission
Create a game for HKU students using Ludodidactics.

Students often experience the days and hours before an assessment as stressful. We wanted to create a working game that removes this assessment stress as much as possible so that students are more relaxed and confident going into the assessment. To get students to actually play this game, it had to look attractive and be fun to play.
From the range of different games, we chose cards. Recognizable for students and easy to take along. The result was a deck of four different cards with bully cards.
Several rounds of testing resulted in clear content, attractive design and an optimal number of cards. Participants could imagine that by playing the game they would participate in the assessment with more confidence. The next step in this process was to test the game in a real-life assessment period.
Without intending beforehand, the development resulted in a game template that can be used in almost any industry. When the content of the cards is matched to the industry you can deploy this game quickly.
